We provide independent, professional services (click on the left for details) regarding Commercial Financing, Business Loans and Equipment Leasing as well as International Consulting and Advisory for Hotels and Condo-Resorts.
We are working for lenders of Commercial Real Estate Financing up to $100 Mio., we assist our clients in applying for Business loans (e. g. SBA-loans) up to $250,000 and negotiate or arrange Equipment Leasing agreements up to $100,000.
Our services include also transaction based tasks like analysis, planning, preparation, execution and administration. We will also accept taking over the role as a general agent for middle to long term activities or administrative tasks.
Our main focus as International Consultants is bringing business partners together; if it is a potential cooperation, a joint venture, a merger, or an acquisition, we are able in assisting you in these important transactions (please see also 'Coop Search').
